OSNA is a collaborative referral and data-sharing network designed to support agencies serving our communities. By connecting hundreds of nonprofit, faith-based, business, county, and government partners, we help streamline communication, strengthen coordination, and improve access to essential resources. Through our secure platform, agencies can quickly share referrals, updates, and community needs in real time — making it easier to connect individuals and families to food, housing, utilities, clothing, employment support, education, and other wraparound services. While OSNA is not a funding source, we exist to equip and support agencies so they can serve people more effectively and with less stress.

We exist to serve member agencies — making it faster and more direct for them to share resources, prevent duplication and support the clients they already work with. Each county chapter has its own executive team, administrator and fiscal agent, so collaboration stays local.

Direct-service agencies, supporting partners and aligned individuals all have a place in the alliance. Annual agency dues are voluntary and based on your budget.
